I strive on education so I can be updated in the most cutting edge technology and so I can offer an unmatchable level of knowledge for you my client! I did receive my NC REAL ESTATE license and broker license through DAN MOORE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and I am a member of the NC BOARD OF REALTORS and HIGH POINT BOARD as well! I also completed the Broker in Charge education to allow me to become the BIC of my own company! I have started HEPLER REALTY on my own and intend on hiring agents to work for the company to be able to serve more of the public. Becoming a REALTOR was a step I took to be the very best Realtor I could be with the ethic standards that the board insist on and getting the extra education only gave me more knowledge to help you the client. I also have to keep up with the newest education classes to keep me updated on the newest options for Real Estate. Currently I have completed the EPRO coarse and have learned more than I ever thought possible, let me show you how this education can help me sell or find the right property for you!
I started my career in this business as an investor of foreclosures and became a landlord with many properties bought and rented out and sold I have learned the hard way! I can show anyone how to buy property with no money down; it just takes an open mind and the right attitude! I attended Trinity High School where I graduated and went on to Guilford tech to pursue a diploma in auto body and repair. Currently studying for more destinations like GRI and CRS, I hope to receive soon!
